Public Projects

The general scope of work includes the installation of approximately 2,300 linear feet of 12-inch PVC C900 waterline, the abandonment of approximately 2,400 feet of existing waterline, and the installation of various gate valves. The project also involves reconnecting existing ACP water mains and services of various sizes, installing and removing fire hydrant assemblies, and upsizing a total of approximately 3,600 linear feet of existing VCP sewer mains to 12-inch, 15-inch, or 18-inch PVC SDR 26 through open-cut methods. Additionally, the scope includes the replacement of sewer manholes, the construction of connections to existing 4-inch and 6-inch sewer mains and laterals with cleanouts, the reconstruction of pavement and striping, and all ancillary work required by the Project Plans and Special Provisions.

The general scope of work includes installin.9 approximately 2,500 linear feet of 8-inch and 4,200 linear feet of 12-inch PVC C900 waterline, along with the removal and replacement of 140 linear feet of 6-inch PVC with 8-inch and 110 linear feet with 12-inch PVC C900, as well as 370 linear feet of 8-inch and 2,270 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron waterline. The project also includes constructing connections to existing waterlines, installing temporary bypass water lines, reconnecting water services, installing air release valve, and fire hydrant assemblies. Sewer improvements include upsizing approximately 2,070 linear feet of sewer mains through pipe bursting, installing 920 linear feet and removing and replacing 6-inch sewer with 8-inch PVC SDR 26 sewer mains using open-cut methods, and the installation of new sewer manholes. Additionally, the project includes connections to existing sewer mains, installation of temporary sewer bypasses, reconnection of sewer laterals, traffic signal loop replacements, pavement and striping reconstruction are also part of the project, along with all other ancillary work as specified in the Project Plans and Special Provisions.

The general description of work involves the renovation of the Records Area in the Vacaville Police Department, the scope of which includes demolition, construction of walls, electrical, mechanical, glazing, carpentry, and finish work.

Trower Park Landscape Improvements Project include group picnic areas, a mist and splash pad, enhanced tot lot with additional play elements, some skateboard elements, ADA compliant parking stall, pedestrian accessible path improvements, soccer goals, a flat turf area, zip line, new spring riding animals, signage connecting Rocky Hill Trail and Centennial Park, including a Park theme, and various other improvements as shown in the Project Plans or Special Provisions.

The general description of the work involves installing a basketball court at both parks. At Corderos Park, it also includes adding picnic areas, extra benches, a baseball backstop, improving the landscape, and other necessary work as specified in the Project Plans or Special Provisions.

The general description of work for the Lagoon Valley Archery Range Remodel includes grading, construction of concrete pathway, archery shooting lanes, gravel parking lot with ADA accessible parking spaces, signage, fencing, tree plantings, landscape irrigation and a cantilever shade structure. The general description of work for the Lagoon Valley Dog Improvements includes reconstruction of an existing concrete pathway, installation of chain link fences, water line extension, sewer line extension, dog water station, signage, landscaping and two shade structures.

The general description of work includes: Clearing and Grubbing, excavation, construction of soldier pile retaining wall, placement of rock slope protection, relocation and installation of irrigation, and revegetation.

The general description of work includes the installation of a new truss type prefabricated pedestrian bridge, installation of new foundation elements, and all other ancillary work required as shown on the Project Plans or contemplated in the Special Provisions.
